Carlsberg has debuted Grobund, Denmark’s first beer brewed entirely from regeneratively grown barley, signaling a major milestone in the company’s aim to brew all beer from regenerative grain by 2040. 3. Non-GMO Project to Launch First-Ever Certification for Non-Ultra-Processed Foods Amid Rising Health Concerns
The Non-GMO Project has announced a new "Non-UPF Verified" certification to help consumers identify foods that are free from ultra-processing, with a pilot phase launching this spring.
